As most of us know, we have seven main Chakras.
What you may not know is that there are twenty one other minor chakras and a number of micro chakras.
We also have a number of chakras outside of the body.
MINOR CHAKRAS
Minor chakras are smaller than the primary chakras.
They are vortexes of energy that fuel the major chakras.
Chakra work leaves people feeling more centred and grounded and thus increases their energy, aligning themselves with a deep part of themselves.
Some people spin each chakra, while others sense their energies and intuitively choose which chakras need intention.
There are many meditation practices that are available and many different ways to clear and align your chakras.
Find which practice works for you.
We have the main seven chakras, but if we go further up above the crown chakra, we also have the star chakra, or I have heard it called the soul chakra (higher consciousness and accessing divine realms)
Following the star chakra is the divine gateway chakra (spiritual enlightenment).
