WHAT ARE DREAMS?
Well, a dream is a succession of images, ideas, emotions and sensations that usually occur involuntarily in the mind during certain stages of sleep.
Dreams are a part of your mental activity. They may involve the mental processing of your emotions or the consolidation of your memories.
They can also be a warning or sign to prepare you as a biological response - the image that can appear in dreams can reflect elements of daily life.
Dreams can offer important insight into how you view yourself and others, your problems, conflicts and the world in general. They can help sort through complicated thoughts and feelings.
WHAT ABOUT DREAMS THAT COME TRUE?

WHAT IS LUCID DREAMING?
Lucid dreaming is when a person becomes aware that they are dreaming while they are dreaming. That's a lot of dreaming. When a person lucid dreams, they know that the events in their dreams aren't really happening, but the experience still feels the same.
SPIRIT AND GUIDES

Spirit and spirit guide dreams can carry important messages for healing and growth.
You may feel the dream is more than a dream, or it may feel profound, causing it to stay with you.
