Giving Gratitude can mean different things to different people. But to me, it's about being thankful for the things in your life. They don't have to be big, they can be little, but it's all about acknowledging them.
It is taking the time to notice and reflect upon the things you're thankful for.
Life is complicated; most people are very busy with day-to-day life. When things go wrong, as they often do, it's hard not to focus on the negative things that are happening. We often forget about the positive things in our lives or about ourselves as a person.
By giving gratitude, you can help to change those negative thoughts and feelings.
Psychology research has gratitude associated with happiness. It helps people feel more positive emotions. By giving gratitude, you can change your vibrations and your energy changes to a more positive one.
Get in the habit of giving gratitude for every good thing that comes to you. An excellent way to reap the benefits of gratitude is to notice new things you're grateful for daily. Gratitude helps in the manifestation that positive energy attracts more positive things to your life.
Many people like to journal their gratitude, which is a great way, but work out what resonates with you. If you're like me and constantly on the go, I actually give gratitude in the show in the morning. Even if I don't originally feel like it, I notice my energy and spirits lift after giving gratitude.
