MANIFESTING IS BASED ON THE IDEA THAT YOU CAN THINK YOUR DREAMS INTO REALITY.
Well, that sounds easy, doesn't it? I think this is the simplified version.
Manifesting requires you to focus, believe, think and see what you want to bring into your life.
THE LAW OF ATTRACTION
The above is a good question.
So we basically call towards the good, the bad and the ugly. Pretty sure that was a movie. It goes like this; we send our thoughts, hopes, wants, and dreams into the universe.
Sometimes intentionally and sometimes unintentionally. We do this through thoughts and emotions, which have vibrations because everything is essentially a vibration. If we concentrate on hoping something won't happen (e.g: I hope I don't fall over), it's more likely to happen because that is where you are sending your energy. It's funny. I was watching a youtube video of Esther Hicks, and she was talking about manifesting in it. How we realise that we are sending something negative out and try to frantically suck it back in. I think that has happened to a few of us. I will put the link below for you to watch.
So back to our subject, positive thoughts and negative thoughts, as well as their emotions, can bring into being experiences. They say like attracts like. More positive mindset/thinking can usher in a more positive reality. It does sound easy, but life is complicated, and it's not always easy to think positively about everything.
I SAY DO THE BEST YOU CAN.
A way that can help with staying positive is by being grateful. It's hard to feel down when you are thankful for things in your life, even if it's something little. I do mine when in the shower because I am usually on the go. Just list off the things you like and are grateful for. If you prefer to write things down, you can journal them.
SO, HOW DO I MANIFEST?
We have covered the power of positive thinking, where your thoughts go, your energy goes. Our thoughts shape our behaviours, actions and mindset. So let's get those thoughts going.
1. When you manifest, be as specific as you can.
2. See those things happening for you; imagination is a wonderful thing. Visualise, Visualise and more Visualisation.
3. How will that make you feel when that comes in? Grab onto that feeling.
4. You have to believe you deserve it and can have it; a lot of people don't which is why their manifestations don't come to light.
5. Allow it to come in. Welcome it.
You can ask the universe out loud in manifesting, write it down, or, as some people like to do, put a vision board together.
What's a vision board? It's an ensemble of pictures, objects, images, writing, and words that show the things you want in your life. It's a visual representation of your goals. It can be as orderly or as messy as you like. GO NUTS, AND HAVE FUN WITH IT.
