The colours can be interpreted to give a sense of your personality and emotional and spiritual well-being. Our chakras are energy centres in the body that correlate to various mental, physical and spiritual strengths. Each of the seven chakras principles can be used to cultivate greater harmony, happiness and well-being in our lives. Chakra readings can help you with self-care, emotional healing, spiritual awareness and finding behavioural tendencies.

SOUND THERAPY

​

Everything in our universe is information and energy vibrating at specific frequencies. Sound frequencies are a powerful tool to guide consciousness, assist with healing, clear stagnant energy, and balance energy. Tuning forks are used to balance the body's energy with sound and vibrations. It reduces tension and promotes emotional harmony. The forks are used in the aura and on parts of the body. Tuning forks make use of vibrational frequencies that increase energy flow in the body. The 528 hz Solfeggio crystal bowl is also used in this therapy. It is one of the most researched in the solfeggio frequencies. It has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety and promote emotional release. The Solfeggio frequencies have been used across various cultures to promote mind and body health. Other frequency instruments are also used in this session.

ENERGY WORK

​

Energy work is a mixture of reiki, chakra healing, and crystal energy work. Reiki is a Japanese therapy that aims to increase energy levels and promote relaxation and well-being. Universal energy is transferred through the hands of the practitioner to the client to encourage healing and well-being. The word "Chakra" in Sanskrit means wheel; these are our energy centres in the body. When all seven chakras are aligned, balanced and open, there is a stable, constant flow of energy through the body. This contributes to harmony, happiness and well-being in our lives.  Our actions, illnesses and emotions can affect our chakras; those energies can stagnate, block and unbalance the chakras. Crystals are used in this work to help clear blockages and promote energy to the chakras.

MEDIUMSHIP

​

Mediums raise their vibrations to connect to spirit; it becomes a blending of energies. No one is ever truly gone. I explain to many of my clients that when people pass, it is like a butterfly. They are cocooned and then transform into a beautiful butterfly. They are still your loved one, just transformed. I am a Psychic Medium, which means I use my Clairvoyance, Clairsentience, Clairaudience, and Claircognizance with my connections to spirit. Mediumship is not guaranteed. The loved one we may want to come through is not always the person who does come through. This is not because they don't want to; they just can't at that time. Say you would like to connect with your grandmother, but your father, aunt, other relative or friend of the family comes through. Having a photo of the person you want to connect to can help create that link.

HOUSE CLEANSING WITH SAGE & SOUND

Moving into a new home, or would you like to change the energies of the current residence? 

 

Burning sage originated with the Native Americans and is still used today.  Smudging is a way to energetically cleanse a space to invite positive energy and remove any negative energies. Sageing will help release any stagnant energies left behind by other tenants. High vibrational sounds increase positive vibrations in your home.
